Spanish, French, Chinese, Russian, Vietnamese, Arabic, Somali… we offer translation for ANY language. Great translators go far beyond knowing two languages or pushing “the French button.” Verbio is a team of experienced, professional translators, who demonstrate exceptional writing skills and deep cultural immersion knowledge to transform your message to your target audience through their cultural world view. While we do use certain types of modern technology to streamline our work, human language professionals perform most the work to blend art, culture and science into a message that conveys your message to your desired audience. The tools we do use ensure standardized process, clear communications about project specifications and status, and data protection for your sensitive business secrets.

We have creative and technical translation expertise in these specialized industries: Apparel and Textiles, Aviation and Defense, Court and Legal Settings, Food and Beverage, Government Agencies, Health Care, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Marketing and Medical Devices.

Standard Translation Process
Tell us a little about you and your needs. You don’t need to know all the details yet; just reach out and share your files. We will help.
Verbio Project Managers have Master’s degrees, wizardly magic, and a ton of experience in Translation Management to intuitively guide you: from figuring out which language your audience even reads, to handling complex file types and layouts, and how to integrate translation into your business goals. If you have a particularly creative marketing translation, are launching a multimedia channel, or are just starting to export to a new market, you might want to check out our pages on those specialized topics. Each of Verbio’s project managers are multilingual, multicultural, and available to quickly answer any question you may have along the way. Your Project Manager assigns your document to our best qualified linguists based on your specific needs and industry.
Two language professionals generally work in tandem to write, edit, and proofread your translation. When needed for large projects, Verbio does have the capacity to scale up the size of each language team. PM supervises the timely exchange of project files by team members to ensure timeline adherence of the project. PM, Customer, Translator and Editor maintain communication throughout the production process to debate terminology and refine wording and Customer quality control.
As needed, Verbio’s Graphic Designers may adapt your document layout to suit the new language. We strive to provide the translation in the same format, pagination, page size, and layout as the original, even when the translated text reads in a different direction.
Your translated content then undergoes another proofreading review by a linguist, plus a final Quality Review by your Project Manager. Your final result is a linguistically and culturally appropriate translation, delivered on-time and according to the specifications you requested at the outset.
Even if you have a unique project with special requirements, just speak with one of our Project Managers. We’ll make sure your translation project is a success.
Certified Translation of Personal Documents
Can you provide a certified translation?
Yes! We translate hundreds of personal documents each year. We offer certified translations that are notarized by a Notary Public to satisfy requirements of many employers, universities, and government agencies. Our Certificate of Accuracy is printed on company letterhead, identifies Verbio as a professional translation firm, attests that the translator is a professional translator for the stated language combination, and that the translation is a true and accurate rendering of the original document. This Translator’s Certificate of Accuracy is attached to a print-out of the translation on company letterhead and a copy of the original document you provided to us. This statement is signed by a company representative and a notary; optionally it is stamped according to rules for certain jurisdictions. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to tell Verbio if you need a certificate of accuracy and the particular rules for the institution where you are submitting your documents. Our certified translations are commonly accepted by:
- United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
- Passport applications or renewals from the U.S. State Department
- Consulate of Spain (Verbio satisfies special credential requirements for traductores jurados)
- Consulate of France (Verbio satisfies special credential requirements for traducteurs agréés)
- Departments of Motor Vehicles
- Doctor’s offices or health insurance companies for medical records
- University admissions offices and Medical Boards, Nursing Boards, Board of Pharmacy, etc. (we translate your transcript, then refer you to a qualified firm that performs equivalency assessments, if needed)
- Court rulings, such as judgments of divorce and child support orders
- Financial records for banks or mortgage lenders
We know the process of translating documents for the above offices can be challenging, so we wrote answers to many frequently asked questions to help you out.
